About Us

4th Street Lanes

A staple in the Greenville community, located just off of Interstate 70.  We are locally owned and operated and here to stay!  We live in the community and are avid bowlers.

We have recently made a significant investment in new synthetic lanes to replace the original lane surface from the 1960s.

Owner

Ty Sexton is a lifelong bowler and proud Greenville native who recently became the new owner of 4th Street Lanes. His journey from local lanes to collegiate competition and now business ownership reflects his deep commitment to both the sport and his hometown.

Ty’s bowling career took off at McKendree University, where he was a key member of the Bearcats men’s bowling team. His dedication to the sport is further exemplified by his achievement of multiple perfect 300 games.

Academically, Ty earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from McKendree in 2020, consistently making the Dean’s List throughout his studies . This combination of athletic and academic excellence laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial venture.

Now at the helm of 4th Street Lanes, Ty is revitalizing the alley with a focus on community engagement and youth development. His vision is to transform the venue into a vibrant hub for both seasoned bowlers and newcomers, fostering a welcoming environment for all.
